The issue
Certain heavy duty trucks equipped with Meritor FG941 steer axles. The Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) was determined incorrectly and over-stated on the vehicle certification label. Correction: Vehicles will be remedied either by assigning the proper weight rating or, if possible, by changing the necessary components to meet the currently assigned weight rating.

Vise certains camions lourds équipés de l'essieu directeur Meritor FG941.Le poids nominal brut sur l'essieu (PNBE) a été mal calculé et surévalué sur l'étiquette de certification du véhicule. Correction : La situation devra être corrigée soit en inscrivant le bon PNBE sur l'étiquette, soit en remplaçant certains composants pour que le véhicule réponde aux critères de poids prescrits.
