The issue

On certain vehicles, the ArvinMeritor FF98X series non-drive steer axle hubs may contain defects that could cause premature spalling of the affected bearings and eventually lead to a break down of the bearing. Correction: Dealer will replace the hub assembly.

Sur certains véhicules, les moyeux des essieux directeurs non moteurs ArvinMeritor de la série FF98X peuvent comporter des défauts qui peuvent causer l'écaillage prématuré des roulements en cause et éventuellement entraîner le bris du roulement. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer les moyeux.
