The issue

On certain vehicles, the left front brake pipe may have a circumferential score at a random location along the length of the pipe as a result of an incomplete cutting/processing operation. If the brake pipe at the scoring location corroded to the point that the brake pipe wall became very thin, and application of the brake developed enough pressure to partially or fully fracture the brake pipe, brake pedal travel would immediately increase and front brake performance would be reduced. Correction: Dealer will replace the left front brake pipe.

Sur certains véhicules, il peut y avoir une rayure circonférencielle à un endroit aléatoire de la canalisation de frein avant gauche en raison d'un vice de traitement ou de découpage. À l'emplacement de la rayure, si la canalisation vient à se corroder suffisamment pour qu'un amincissement de la paroi se produise, et que l'application du frein produise assez de pression pour fracturer partiellement ou complètement la canalisation, la course de la pédale en serait immédiatement augmentée et il y aurait perte de puissance de freinage aux freins avant. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer la canalisation du frein avant gauche.
