The issue
On certain motorcycles, the male fuel connector linking each of the feed and return fuel hoses to the fuel pump mounting plate may be found to contain a fracture following in-service handling. Fuel could escape from the fractured body of the connector onto the engine or side of the bike. Fuel leakage, in the presence of an ignition source, can result in a fire. Correction: Dealer will replace the connector.

Sur certaines motocyclettes, le raccord de carburant mâle qui relie chacun des tuyaux d'alimentation et de retour d'essence à la plaque de montage de la pompe à essence pourrait avoir été fracturé lors d'une visite d'entretien. De l'essence pourrait s'échapper du raccord et couler sur le moteur ou sur le côté de la motocyclette. En présence d'une source d'allumage, une fuite d'essence pourrait provoquer un incendie. Correction : Le concessionnaire devra remplacer le raccord.
