The issue
On certain buses, circuit breakers may trip unnecessarily resulting in a loss of power to chassis and body electrical circuits. Unexpected loss of exterior lighting and/or engine stalling, in conjunction with traffic and road conditions, and the driver's reaction, could increase the risk of a crash. Correction: Dealers will replace the solid state dual power switch with mechanical circuit protection (Mega Fuse).

Sur certains véhicules, des disjoncteurs pourraient se déclencher inutilement, ce qui entraînerait une perte de puissance au niveau des circuits électriques de carrosserie et de châssis. Une perte soudaine de l’éclairage extérieur ou un calage du moteur, conjointement à l’état de la route, à l’intensité de la circulation et aux réactions du conducteur, pourrait augmenter les risques d’accident. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer l’interrupteur double à semiconducteur par une protection mécanique de circuit (Mega Fuse).
