The issue
On certain school buses, the switch used to detect the position of the air operated front entrance door may malfunction, causing the warning lights and crossing arm to operate improperly. The malfunction of warning lights increases the risk of injury or death to students during the loading/unloading process. Correction: Dealers will replace the affected switch with a more robust unit.

Sur certains autobus scolaire, l'interrupteur utilisé pour détecter la position de la porte d'entrée avant à commande pneumatique pourrait mal fonctionner, ce qui ferait en sorte que les feux d'avertissement et le panneau d'arrêt fonctionneraient de façon inadéquate. Le mauvais fonctionnement des feux d'avertissement augmenterait les risques de blessures ou de décès encourus par les élèves pendant qu'ils montent ou descendent de l'autobus. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer l'interrupteur visé par un interrupteur plus robuste.
