The issue

On certain vehicles equipped with Cummins ISX engines, the engine cooling fan may fail and break apart. If this occurs while the hood is open, a person in the vicinity of the engine could be struck by the blade and injured. Correction: Dealers will replace the engine cooling fan.

Sur certains véhicules munis d'un moteur Cummins ISX, le ventilateur de refroidissement du moteur pourrait faire défaut et se briser. Si cela se produisait pendant que le capot est ouvert, une personne se trouvant près du moteur pourrait être frappée par la lame et être blessée. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer le ventilateur de refroidissement du moteur.
