The issue

On certain vehicles, the wheel nuts may have been insufficiently tightened during vehicle assembly. This could cause the wheel nuts to loosen and could lead to a complete separation of the wheel(s) from the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect, and properly tighten the lug nuts to specification.

Sur certains véhicules, les écrous de roue pourraient ne pas avoir été serrés suffisamment pendant l'assemblage du véhicule. Les écrous de roue pourraient se desserrer ce qui pourrait causer une séparation totale de la ou des roues du véhicule, augmentant les risques de collision causant des blessures et/ou des dommages aux biens. Correction : Les concessionnaires doivent inspecter et serrer correctement les écrous selon les spécifications.
