The issue

On certain Amerivan 10 wheelchair accessible vehicles built on Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town and Country platforms, the upper rear mounts for the shock aborbers may separate from the chassis. This could affect vehicle handling, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install a revised mounting bracket of a different design.

Sur certains véhicules accessibles aux fauteuils roulants Amerivan 10 construits sur des plates-formes Dodge Grand Caravan ou Chrysler Town and Country, les supports supérieurs arrière pour les amortisseurs pourraient se détacher du châssis. Cela pourrait nuire au comportement du véhicule et, par conséquent, augmenter les risques d'accident pouvant entraîner des blessures ou des dommages matériels (ou les deux).
