The issue

On certain vehicles equipped with all wheel drive, over time, the battery cables could contact the front axle yoke. This could result in the cable chaffing against the yoke and could lead to an electrical short, which could increase the risk of a fire causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Daimler Trucks North America authorized service facilities will inspect the battery cables and repair as necessary.

Sur certains véhicules dotés d'une traction intégrale, les câbles de la batterie pourraient entrer en contact avec la chape de l'essieu avant, ce qui pourrait causer un court-circuit augmentant les risques de feu causant des blessures ou des dommages matériels.
