The issue

On certain vehicles equipped with a single manual rear climate control module (CCM), the CCM could overheat when the temperature is set to maximum heat or the knob is set to maximum floor vent. If this occurs, the insulation material used on the CCM terminal connectors could catch fire, increasing the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will remove the insulation from the CCM terminal connectors.

Sur certains véhicules munis d'un module de régulation de la climatisation (MRC) arrière manuel, le MRC pourrait surchauffer lorsque la température est réglée au maximum ou que le bouton est réglé de façon à ce que la ventilation au niveau du plancher soit au maximum. Si cela se produisait, l'isolant utilisé sur les raccords terminaux du MRC pourrait prendre feu, ce qui augmente les risques de blessures ou de dommages à des biens matériels. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront enlever l'isolant des raccords terminaux du MRC.
