The issue
Issue: On certain cars, the owner's manual may be missing instructions on how to properly install a child seat. Safety Risk: If a user does not understand how to properly install a child seat, there could be an increased risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Porsche will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your car to a dealer to receive a supplementary owner's manual booklet with the missing information.

Problème: Le manuel du propriétaire de certains véhicules pourrait ne pas contenir d'instructions sur la façon d'installer correctement un siège d'enfant. Risques pour la sécurité : Si un utilisateur ne comprend pas comment installer correctement un siège d'enfant, il pourrait y avoir un risque accru de blessure en cas de collision. Mesures correctives : Porsche doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'apporter leur véhicule chez un concessionnaire pour recevoir un livret complémentaire au manuel du propriétaire avec les renseignements manquants.
