The issue

Issue: On certain motorhomes, the windshield wipers may not work due to incorrect wiring. Safety Risk: Windshield wipers that do not work could affect a driver's visibility. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Tiffin will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealer to inspect and correct the wiring for the windshield wipers.

Problème : Sur certaines autocaravanes, les essuie-glaces pourraient ne pas fonctionner à cause d'un câblage incorrect. Risques pour la sécurité : Des essuie-glaces qui ne fonctionneraient pas pourraient nuire à la visibilité du conducteur. Cela pourrait augmenter les risques d'un accident. Mesures correctives : La compagnie Tiffin devra aviser les propriétaires par courrier, et leur demander d'apporter leur autocaravane chez un concessionnaire pour faire inspecter et corriger le câblage des essuie-glaces.
