The issue
Issue: On certain trucks, the work brake (also known as a winch brake) may suddenly release while using the winch. If this happens, the truck could move suddenly. Safety Risk: Sudden and unexpected movement of the truck could create a risk of injury or a crash. Corrective Action: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealer to update the vehicle software.

Problème : Sur certains camions, le frein du treuil pourrait soudainement se desserrer pendant l'utilisation du treuil. Si cela se produit, le camion pourrait bouger soudainement. Risques pour la sécurité : Un mouvement soudain et imprévu du camion pourrait créer un risque de blessures ou d'accident. Mesures correctives : L'entreprise doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur camion chez un concessionnaire pour faire mettre à jour le logiciel du véhicule.
