The issue

Issue: On certain motorhomes, the brackets for the front lower cap may not be attached properly. As a result, the brackets could loosen and separate from the vehicle. Safety Risk: A bracket that detaches from a vehicle could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Thor Motor Coach will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealership to inspect the brackets for the front cap and replace the mounting hardware. The dealership will also install new brackets, if necessary.

Problème : Sur certaines autocaravanes, les supports du pare-pierres inférieur avant pourraient ne pas être fixés correctement. Par conséquent, les supports pourraient se desserrer et se séparer du véhicule. Risques pour la sécurité : Un support qui se détache d'un véhicule pourrait créer un danger pour les autres et augmenter les risques d'accident. Risques pour la sécurité : Thor Motor Coach doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur autocaravane chez un concessionnaire pour faire inspecter les supports du pare-pierres inférieur avant et faire remplacer le matériel de fixation. Le concessionnaire installera également de nouveaux supports, au besoin.
