The issue

Issue: On certain motorhomes, a wiring problem could allow the slide-out room to extend from the motorhome while driving. Safety Risk: A slide-out room that extends from the motorhome while driving could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Thor Motor Coach will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to replace the parking brake wiring harness.

Problème : Sur certaines autocaravanes, un problème de câblage pourrait permettre à la rallonge coulissante de se déployer pendant la conduite. Risques pour la sécurité : Une rallonge coulissante qui se déploie de l'autocaravane pendant la conduite pourrait accroître le risque d'accident. Mesures correctives : Thor Motor Coach doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur autocaravane chez un concessionnaire pour remplacer le faisceau de câbles du frein de stationnement.
