The issue

Issue: On certain buses, the power cable for the air conditioning control board may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the cable could loosen and overheat. Note: This recall only affects certain buses equipped with a Spheros ceiling-mounted air conditioning system. Safety Risk: Wiring that overheats could create the risk of a fire. Corrective Actions: Micro Bird will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your bus to a dealership to secure the air conditioning control board power cable.

Problème : Sur certains autobus, le câble d'alimentation pour le panneau de commande d'air climatisé pourrait ne pas avoir été serré correctement. Par conséquent, le câble pourrait se desserrer et surchauffer. Remarque : Ce rappel concerne seulement certains autobus équipés d'un système d'air climatisé Spheros monté au plafond. Risques pour la sécurité : Un câblage qui surchauffe pourrait créer un risque d'incendie. Mesures correctives : Micro Bird doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur autobus chez un concessionnaire pour faire fixer le câble d'alimentation du panneau de commande d'air climatisé.
