The risk
The product poses a risk of injuries because the right-hand side, front seat recliner may fail, with the result that the user cannot move the backrest into the locking position after it has been tilted forward. If this happens and the vehicle is involved in a crash, the seatbelt which is integrated into the seat structure will not restrain the occupant as designed.
