The issue

Certain C2500 and K2500 vehicles with 6.2 Litre diesel engines and thm700 r-4 transmissions the rear antilock brake system could become disabled by an electrical malfunction. The front and rear brakes will continue to function but the brake warning indicator light will not inform the driver of the rear wheel antilock failure.(non-compliance With CMVSS 105 - hydraulic brake systems). Correction: electrical malfunction will be corrected by installing a jumper wire harness between the transmission connection and the engine wire harness.

Sur certain C2500 et K2500 à moteur diesel de 6,2 L à transmission THM700 R-4, le dispositif antiblocage des roues arrière peut tomber en panne en raison d'une défectuosité électrique. Les freins avant et arrière continuent de fonctionner, mais le voyant indicateur de freinage n'informe pas le chauffeur de la panne du dispositif antiblocage. Non conformité à la NSVAC 105 sur les circuits hydrauliques de freinage.
