The issue

Certain vehicles may develop an abnormal pressure build-up in the transmission with the possibility of transmission fluid coming out of the filler tube onto hot engine parts resulting in a possible vehicle fire. Correction: Owners will be provided with a new dipstick with a lock-seal top and new owner manual instructions and graphics for checking the automatic transmission fluid level.

Sur certains véhicules, une montée en pression anormale peut se produire dans la boîte de vitesses et forcer du liquide à ressortir par le tube de remplissage. Ce liquide peut tomber sur des pièces chaudes du moteur et causer un incendie.
