The issue

On certain vehicles, the left-hand lower control arm to frame rear nut was inadequately torqued. This may allow the attachment bolt to loosen and subsequently fatigue and break. Bolt breakage could result in separation of the left-hand lower control arm from the frame causing loss of vehicle control and a crash without prior warning. Correction: The left-hand lower control arm to frame rear nut will be tightened to the proper torque specification.

Sur certains véhicules, l'écrou qui rattache l'arrière du bras de commande inférieur gauche au châssis n'a pas été serré suffisamment. En conséquence, le boulon de montage pourrait prendre du jeu et subséquemment, se fatiguer et se rompre. Si le boulon se brise, le bras de commande inférieur gauche peut se détacher du châssis, entraînant une perte de la maîtrise du véhicule qui peut causer un accident imprévisible. Correction: L'écrou qui retient l'arrière du bras de commande inférieur gauche au châssis devra être resserré selon les spécifications.
