The issue

DEFECT: VIBRATION CAN CAUSE THE ATTACHING BOLTS OF THE SEAT SWIVEL ASSEMBLY TO WORK LOOSE AND FALL OUT. THIS WOULD RESULT IN THE SEAT SWIVEL ASSEMBLY SEPARATING WITH NOTHING HOLDING THE SEAT IN PLACE. CORRECTION: A RE-DESIGNED SWIVEL MOUNT/STOP RING, A SPACER AND LONGER MOUNTING BOLTS WITH A PATCH LOCK WILL BE INSTALLED.

DÉFAUT: Sous l'effet des vibrations, les boulons de montage du pivot du siège peuvent se desserrer et tomber. Le pivot pourrait alors se détacher et plus rien ne retiendrait le siège en place. Correction: Une rondelle-frein, une cale et des boulons verrouillables plus longs de conception nouvelle devront être utilisés pour le montage du pivot du siège.
