The issue

On certain vehicles, a loss of throttle control may occur when the exhaust brake has been activated, the brakes are applied and the vehicle is coming to a stop. Control of the throttle will return when the ignition is turned off and then on. Correction: Engine Control Module (ECM) will be reprogrammed.

Description (français)

Sur certains véhicules, il se peut que le conducteur perde la maîtrise de l'accélération quand il engage le frein moteur, applique les freins et arrête le véhicule. Il ne pourra ensuite reprendre la maîtrise de l'accélération que s'il arrête le moteur et redémarre. Correction : Le module de commande du moteur devra être reprogrammé.
