The issue

On certain vehicles, the mounting of the airbag Electronic Control Unit (ECU) may not be suited for long term reliability. If left unchanged, the airbag ECU mounting could become weak and could compromise the ability of the ECU to sense a crash and deploy the airbag. Correction: Dealer will secure the airbag ECU to the body element using longer screws.

Sur certains véhicules, le montage du microprocesseur des coussins gonflables pourrait ne pas être fiable à long terme. Si la situation n'est pas corrigée, les fixations du microprocesseur des coussins gonflables pourraient se desserrer et compromettre la capacité du microprocesseur à déployer les coussins gonflables. Correction : Le concessionnaire devra fixer le microprocesseur des coussins gonflables à l'aide de vis plus longues.
