The issue

On certain vehicles, the power steering hydraulic fluid delivery pipe from the pump to the steering rack could leak. This minor leakage may cause or could lead to a gradual reduction of the assisted steering function. Such circumstances could lead to a loss of vehicle control and may result in a crash. Correction: Dealers will replace the power steering high pressure pipe.

Sur certains véhicules, le tuyau d'alimentation en liquide hydraulique de servo direction reliant la pompe et la crémaillère pourrait fuir. Cette fuite mineure pourrait causer une diminution graduelle de la direction assistée ou y mener. Des circonstances de ce genre pourraient mener à une perte de contrôle du véhicule et causer un accident. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer le tuyau à haute pression de la servo direction.
