The issue

On certain motorcycles the Idle Speed Control valve (ISC) may malfunction. The valve may remain in the open position on start up and cause a no load engine speed as high as 5000 rpm. If the rider chooses to operate the motorcycle in this condition it could result in a crash. Correction: The ISC and ECM will be replaced.

Sur certaines motocyclettes, la valve de commande du ralenti pourrait ne pas bien fonctionner. Elle pourrait demeurer en position ouverte au démarrage et faire en sorte que le régime de charge à vide atteigne 5000 tr/min. Si le motocycliste décidait d'utiliser la motocyclette dans cet état, il pourrait avoir un accident. Correction : La valve de commande du ralenti et le module de commande électronique devront être remplacés.
