The issue
On certain Can-Am Spyder RT Roadsters, the ignition switch harness may be routed too tight and the connector to the ignition switch may not be locked properly in place. This situation may cause the harness to unplug itself from the ignition switch causing the vehicle to stall without warning. This could result in a crash causing personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, reroute the ignition switch wiring harness.

Sur certains Can-Am Spyder RT Roadster, le harnais de l'interrupteur d'allumage peut être fixé trop serré et le connecteur à l'interrupteur d'allumage peut ne pas être bien bloqué en place. Cette situation peut causer le débranchement du harnais de l'interrupteur d'allumage ce qui mène au calage sans avertissement du véhicule. Ceci pourrait produire une collision qui pourrait causer des blessures ou la mort. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter et, le cas échéant, réacheminer le faisceau de câbles d’interrupteur d’allumage.
