The issue

On certain vehicles, the windshield wiper arms could separate from the linkage assembly. Loss of windshield wiping capability, should it occur during a rainy/snowy day, may compromise the driver’s ability to see the road and its users, which could result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the windshield wiper arms.

Sur certains véhicules, les bras d’essuie-glace pourraient se séparer de la tringlerie. Si les essuie-glaces cessaient de fonctionner lorsqu'il pleut ou qu'il neige, cela pourrait compromettre la capacité du conducteur à voir la route et ses usagers, ce qui pourrait causer un accident endommageant des biens matériels ou blessant quelqu'un. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter et, le cas échéant, remplacer les bras d’essuie-glace.
