The issue
On certain motorhomes, wires in the throttle circuit were not shielded properly during manufacturing. This could result in a throttle setting above or below the commanded throttle setting/input. An incorrect setting for the throttle input could result in a loss of throttle or inadvertent acceleration of the throttle which, depending on the driver's reactions and traffic conditions, could increase the risk of a crash and/or property damage. Correction: An authorized Spartan Service Center will supply and install an overlay harness with the wires shielded to the proper specification.

Dans certaines autocaravanes, des fils dans le circuit du régulateur n'ont pas été protégés adéquatement au moment de la fabrication. Cela pourrait entraîner un réglage du régulateur soit au-dessus ou en dessous du réglage ou de la puissance d'entrée recommandés. Un réglage incorrect de la puissance d'entrée du régulateur pourrait entraîner une perte de vitesse ou une accélération imprévue qui, selon la réaction du conducteur et l'état de la circulation, pourraient augmenter les risques d'accident ou de dommages à la propriété. Correction : Un centre de service Spartan autorisé devra fournir et installer un harnais superposé avec des fils protégés conformément aux spécifications applicables.
