The issue
Certain buses built on a GM or Ford Chassis may have been equipped with defective GO-ES Foldaway seats. When the back seat cushion is rotated from the stowed position to the upright position, the seat back may not remain locked into place, which could increase the risk of injury to seat occupant in the event of a crash. Correction: Dealers will inspect, and if necessary, repair and re-inspect the seat using the provided procedure.

Certains autobus construits sur un châssis GM ou Ford pourraient avoir été munis de sièges pliables GO-ES défectueux. Lorsque l'on relève le coussin du siège arrière, le dossier pourrait ne pas demeurer verrouillé en place, ce qui pourrait augmenter les risques de blessures pour la personnes assise sur le siège en cas d'accident.
