The issue

Issue: On certain travel trailers, the frame rail may not be properly supported where the draw bar is attached. As a result, the frame could bend, which could cause poor vehicle handling. Safety Risk: A sudden change in vehicle handling could increase the risk of a loss of control, and may result in a crash. Corrective Actions: Keystone will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your travel trailer to a dealer to add reinforcement plates to the frame.

Problème : Sur certaines caravanes classiques, le longeron de châssis pourrait ne pas être bien supporté à l'endroit où la barre de traction est fixée. Par conséquent, le châssis pourrait se plier, ce qui pourrait nuire au comportement routier. Risques pour la sécurité : Un changement soudain dans la tenue de route du véhicule pourrait augmenter les risques de perte de contrôle et entraîner un accident. Mesures correctives : Keystone doit aviser les propriétaires par la poste et leur demander d'amener leur caravane classique chez un concessionnaire pour faire ajouter des plaques de renfort au châssis.
