EU safety alerts
Safety Gate, the European Union's rapid alert system, names the Grand Voyager in 3 alerts. European versions can differ from the North American car.
Corrosion in the control unit of the vehicle occupant protection system may lead to the front seat airbags not deploying correctly.
Due to a software error, the side airbag and the seat-belt tightener are not working properly and this poses a risk of injuries for the passengers.
Moisture penetrating into the control unit for the airbag may cause malfunctions. In the worst case, this may lead to spurious operation of the airbag.
