The issue

On certain model vehicles outfitted with an Automatic Over-Speed Protection system, the system may be incorrectly wired. This presents a potential risk in applications where the Power Take-Off system is engaged, which could result in injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will rewire the system.
