The issue

Certain P3 vehicles could emit gasoline from the fuel filler when the filler cap is removed. This condition results when the contents of the main fuel tank expand and the pressure increases. In the presence of an ignition source a fire could result. Correction: A new fuel tank vent assembly will be installed.

Sur certain P3 dotés d'un châssis P3 à moteur de 7,4 litres, de l'essence peut s'échapper par le goulot de remplissage lorsqu'on enlève le bouchon. Cette situation se produit lorsque le carburant se dilate dans le réservoir, ce qui provoque une augmentation de pression. Dans certaines circonstances, la défectuosité peut provoquer un feu et des blessures.
